Christmas Lunch Menu 2017

  • Chef’s Homemade Winter Vegetable Soup with a Twirl of Cream & Herb Croutons

  • Homemade Chicken Liver & Brandy Herb Pate, With Cranberry & Red Onion Chutney, Herb Crisp Breads & Baby Leaves

  • Smoked Salmon, Prawn, Chive & New Potato Stack,With a Lemon & Dill Dressing, served with Tortilla Crisp & Baby Gem Lettuce

  • Mushrooms with Stilton & Port on Rustic Toast finished with Fresh Chives

  • Roasted Crown of Turkey, served with Seasonal Trimmings, Sage & Apple Stuffing & Pot Roast Gravy
