The hotel is just 10 minutes walk to Tenby Golf Course and 2 minutes walk to the Bowling Green. Tickets and trips to Caldey Island and walking trips can also be arranged. There is a residents car park to the rear of the building.

The restaurant and bar are wheelchair accessible via the ramp at the entrance. There is a ground floor ramp accessed WC. Baby changing is provided in the disabled toilet and the ladies toilet. High chairs are available and can be booked in advance.
