2017 Events Announced


Come and relax in our beautiful restaurant over looking the sea towards Caldey. Our Executive Chef and his team are committed to using local Pembrokeshire produce to design a contemporary menu where the freshest of ingredients are simply cooked, making the best use of natural flavours.

Meat and game come from local estates through our vigilant butcher, and the majority of fish direct from the Pembrokeshire coastline.

We are open for lunches and dinner in the evening, as well as the traditional Sunday Lunch. We offer a seasonal menu – with favourites being Welsh Black fillet steaks; locally landed lobster; bread freshly baked on the premises daily; a spicy crab risotto; locally sourced vegetables and salad leaves.

We offer a full range of fine wines including Australian, Spanish, South African, Italian, Chilean & German.

2017 Events Announced

‎8 of us stayed at The Giltar for The Tenby Blues weekend. We had a great stay there.The room I had overlooked Caldey Island and it was fabulous to be able to stand on the balcony in the November sunshine and enjoy the terrific view.Staff were helpful and Malcolm, part-owner was sweet and understanding....much appreciated.
